Aumbase Sedona Yoga

My daughter and I participated in Rise and Shine Yoga on the Vortex with Yolanda Saturday morning (Dec. 4) and very much enjoyed it from start to finish. It’s a very short hike to the location with the most breathtaking view. The entire experience was one we’ll not soon forget. I HIGHLY recommend this class if you are visiting Sedona and enjoy yoga or even if you just want to try something new.

Sunrise yoga on the vortex was magical. Alyssa and Chuck were kind and radiated warmth. Alyssa led a gentle practice and meditation on top of Airport Mesa. The beautiful views and energy can’t be beat. Such a special way to start the day — an added bonus to a wonderful Sedona getaway.

Valerie's Womb Healing Soundwave Journey was truly an experience that aided in the process of the release of my missed miscarriage as I am on a Holistic Healing Journey. Valerie made sure I was well taken care of during my Womb Healing Soundwave experience to get things moving in my Womb for release. (Fetal Tissue) The SoundBed was otherworldly. It was truly a meditative experience, and I received what I needed as this was my first time participating in a full Soundwave Healing experience. Valerie was intuitive to my needs during my session, transparent, and it was all divinely guided. She's compassionate and has a warm welcoming energy! My session felt personal to my soul purpose, and situation, and that's what made my session that much more powerful! The channeling I received was on point. Valerie is truly gifted and skilled in her work with a lot of passion for it. Her work is magical, and the feeling I had afterwards spoke for itself. I am still processing it all, and this is something I will cherish for many lifetimes. It truly changed my life, and was a pivotal iniation to my Womb Healing, My Ancestral Lineage, and Generations to come. This is divine work. Asé. I highly recommend if you deal with Womb issues, in need of a Womb Healing/Detox/Release, called to generational healing/trauma, know the power of our Wombs as a women or simply just curious. The benefits will be reaped.

What an amazing experience! We met at the studio and our advisor drove with us out to a trail less followed. It was great to have the extra car time chats with her. The hikes up to the landing spot was a challenge with all of our gear but when we got there it was so worth it. She said they have a multitude of places they bring people so not every experience is the same they will customize it for your groups needs and abilities. We requested the chakra balancing and all of us had no idea what to expect but we were all pleasantly surprised at how knowledgeable our teacher was. It was great to be able to ask her 101 questions. She was so kind and patient with us. It will be an experience we will never forget. We all felt amazing afterwards and learned so much about our chakras and how we can keep them balanced. We never felt rushed this took us appropriately 4 hours with trip to trail, hike, balancing and return to studio.

Thank you for the sunrise yoga class on the vortex. We are newbie yoga learners and Chuck was gentle with us. Beautiful experience overall. A must do!
