Super clean facility. Everything is in perfect working order and sanitary. Wide assortment of weights and machines. Nicholas and Grant are friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. Grant’s services as personal trainer are phenomenal and have helped my fitness journey tremendously. Can’t say enough good things about this gym. 10/10

This place is closed due to a fire next door and I can't get any info from anyone about when it will reopen or what will be done to compensate members as autopay is required (was notified it had smoke damage but no fire damage...there are tons of companies that offer restoration services, one I know of in Arab) get one email notifying me of the closure and nothing else...called the 800 number...woman placed me on hold, came back after 10 minutes said no one there answering the phone...well, duh! Promised to call me back and email more info but I have received nothing...first time I've ever needed help from customer service so glad I had the opportunity to find out it's poor before time to renew my membership.

Aug2023 UPDATE: The management and staff went above and beyond to swiftly address the concerns in my review. I truly appreciate the professionalism with their response. True down to earth gents. Thank you again!! This gym was so much cleaner and wifi always worked when I first signed on over 2 years ago but has been steadily filthy for over 6 months now. The bathrooms are always disgusting and the machines have caked on dust and dried sweat from all who use them. There’s a sign on the treadmills that states not to use the wipes on the touch screen but you have to wipe off the sweat and spit on the screens in order to set your cardio program. There is horrible phone reception in the area so I rely on wifi to listen to my music but it doesn’t work. I have brought up the wifi issue on several occasions and am told they will inform the owners yet the wifi has not worked in over 3 months. The staff is nice and pleasant but that doesn’t take away from the filthy conditions and wifi issue. I don’t know what changed in two years but I wish it went back to how it was when I first signed on.

Great friendly workout environment and definitely a judgement free zone! Trainer and manger both definitely have the knowledge to assist in any workout needs you have!

It has everything a person needs. Been there for over 3 years. Best gym I've ever been in. I love it.
