I absolutely love this gym! Plenty of equipment, staff are awesome and seems every member of the gym are so friendly. I look forward to every weekday morning there.

All of the staff is super friendly, the gym is always clean, their personal trainers are great, and there are people of all ages and different fitness levels. Highly recommend this gym to anyone!

Really good and convenient gym. Every type of machine you could need for weightlifting, cardio, and resistance training. Very helpful and friendly staff. Facilities are great, very nice to be able to shower post workout. The cleanliness is top notch and of course the hours being 24/7 can’t be beat. Since joining I’ve totally transformed my body.

AF Wilmington is a great gym with a convenient location. While small compared to other gyms, it's never too crowded and has everything you need. Anthony and team are great to deal with and go out of their way to make sure everyone is comfortable.

Anthony and the trainers are amazing!! They are all so nice and helpful. They are just down to earth people that make you feel welcome. The facilities have everything you could possibly need from a gym. Plus the location is convenient. The place is brand new so it is clean and fresh. I really enjoy going!
