Very friendly staff affordable membership and for who commutes during the week it is great to be able to go to affiliated franchises in my hometown. Very clean and plenty of friendly helpful people.

Very nice clean facility. Truckers, there's a truck stop right off I49 less than a mile down the road.

This gym seems to be a very honest place. Customer service is awesome, I wish every business was as easy to communicate with as this one.

I like it here. I've never worked out at a small gym before but this one has all the essential items that you need. due to my work schedule I need a 24/7 gym and this fits the bill. My only complaint is that people don't clean up after themselves. I can't stand to workout when it's a mess. I get there extra early and I have to clean up the cardio room and pick up weights off the floor and off the equipment. Back in the 90's people would be warned a few times and then banned if they didn't comply. Overall this is a good gym and you shouldn't hesitate if you are thinking of joining.
