Anytime Fitness Post Falls

This location is very nice, and very clean. Members can have access anytime, and they have a range of equipment from free weights, aerobic equipment, and a variety of weight machines. They have cubby boxes for your things. The spices will hold a coat, purse, or shoes with all of the above inside it, but they are not locked. So leave it in your car if it is oversized or really valuable. They do have trainers, I have not tried using one yet, but the atmosphere is pleasant and there is always someone there.

I really love and enjoy coming to this gym! This gym has been one of the nicest gyms I have ever been to! I have been to a few other gyms in the past, but have never felt at home like I do at this gym! This place is always super clean! The staff, Tyler the trainer and especially the owner Megan are super friendly and always willing and available to answer any questions I may have! Love the fact that their machines are updated and easy to use, if not Megan and Tyler are always willing to teach me on how to use them 😄 Love the fact that it is open 24 hours! I definitely recommend this gym and if able to, would give it 10 stars!

I have been going to AF in PF for about 4 years now and love it! It is so welcoming that anyone of any fitness level would feel comfortable. Bright and cheery atmosphere! This gym is so clean compared to others. Of course you will run across people who don’t wipe the equipment down after use but that is not the owners fault. Grab a wipe and use it before and after. Bathrooms are super clean. Enough equipment that I don’t have to wait for machines or free weights. All the staff are happy and helpful. I recently visited another location and it does not compare to my home AF in PF.

Anytime fitness advertises for a free trial but Post falls doesn’t give you the option too. I signed up for a membership that was a 12 month contract, thinking I would be okay with how small the gym is. It would be fine but a lot of regulars that go there will use multiple machines at one time. when they only have one of each machine besides elliptical and treadmills. There is a lot of regulars there that will do one set at multiple different machines and continue to rotate through them. Which is really frustrating when they don’t have a lot of equipment. Last time I went I had a group of older regulars get mad at me when I took one of the machines they were “using” even though they were actively at a different one. They stood in a group and continued to say rude things about me because I “took” their machine. I tried calling to see what I could do to cancel my membership and was told the only way I can do that is if I were moving. To cancel the contract you have to pay for however remaining months you have. I was aware of the contract but thought maybe there was a way around it when you have bad experiences like I had. Just seems like a money grab, definitely won’t be recommending this as a gym.

I usually go to Anytime Fitness with my boyfriend in various locations because we often travel a lot for work. I always wear long leggings and a sports top for comfort when exercising, and I've never been told in any gym that I should wear a long shirt due to a dress code. I had even been to this location before and they never said anything. I raised the issue with my partner, and what they're saying is that people don't like it when the machines get sweaty, even though there's obviously a rule that each machine should be cleaned after use. Besides, one goes to the gym to sweat, so I don't understand what the people at this gym are thinking.
