American Garage Door, Inc.

This company over charges for their service. We learned this after we called two other garage door companies and they were the same but American Garage Door charged $240.00 more for the same service. This was for 2 springs being replaced and a total of 30 minutes time. We were charged $690.00. They gave us a bill with no itemized cost for the spring or labor. We called and they didn't answer our questions about the costs. We did receive good service and they were prompt. But beware of cost gouging.

I had called someone else in Kalispell who didn't show up (and is very aggressive about making sure the only google reviews are positive). Then called American Garage Door. These people were professional, got the job done in a timely manner and the overall experience was quite positive. I highly recommend them (and was not coerced into writing a good review).

Extremely prompt and reliable service. They have service techs who are dedicated to timely and accurate customer service. Their front office staff is friendly and stayed in communication with us. They repaired the detached spring of our two car garage door within 24 hrs of my phone call and all is well now. We will definitely call on them for any future garage door issues.
