I've owned several properties throughout my life and can attest to Amanda being the best realtor I've ever hired. She's extremely knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and happy to go to bat for her clients. Have visited one of her listing and we as a family liked it. I was being so open to her and trying to win the home. We put in an offer and she called my agent for mentioning there are more higher offers. I matched to the one they have already on the table and we also said could go extra because we liked the home. She presented the seller with the other offer and they closed with them. For my surprise, Amanda herself mentioned my agent that my initial offer was not up to winning one and I changed it with a counter offer and we are not encouraging that offer changing mindset. If she is not the one i would have definitely buying the home. Everything she has done is just with a smile, that is a big surprise to me. This is just my personal experience and hence sharing it. NOTE: Please don't be too open with her in sharing your past experiences just work as a new person in the industry, she might like it.

Amanda Staines is hands down the best person to work with when buying or selling a home. She has helped me with both including recently buying a home for my parents who relocated to the area. She is so knowledgeable, caring, patient, timely and attentive. My husband and I built our home and she was there with us every step of the way and recently when my parents needed a home, she knew I had my eye on a particular neighborhood where homes rarely become available, and when one did, she notified me right away and made herself available within a couple of hours to go and view the home. There were already many people interested in the home and my parents fell in love with it. We said please get them this home, and she did. She is truly amazing, and trust me, I am not easy to please. I wouldn't think of having anyone other than Amanda help me through the process of buying or selling a home in the future. I don't think there are many agents that would care as much as she does about making her clients happy. She is one of a kind and I am so grateful to her.
