We made two tickets abroad by phone and they made the reservation wrong. They didn't take charge. They were not even able to solve it with dignity. I don't recommend them.

Excellent pre-sale and post-sale service. The place recommended by Antonina Loucheva (Villa Crespo Branch Manager) was excellent. I had a problem with a voucher incorrectly issued and they solved it and called me during a weekend. Likewise, they also managed the return of a transfer that was not provided. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! I bought plane tickets in 2019 in Al Mundo from Alto Palermo and they attended me from 10. That's why a few days ago I went to check the price for another trip to Al Mundo from Villa Crespo. TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT. Terrible attention and disrespect. When I entered I said good morning, 2 people at their desks, a girl and a boy, nobody answered my greeting, 2 more times to answer... 😏 When requesting a quote for the trip I was going to do, there was not much interest on his part, The boy from the first desk answered. I think he underestimated me. I want to add that I already bought my tickets for Punta Cana and Miami and at another travel agency. I want to clarify that it is not the Agency, it is the staff, a shame because before there were other people who attended much better.
