We went to the Barrio Jardín branch and it was terrible! TOTALLY INOPERATIVE!! The girls who work there have no idea about doing their jobs. We asked for a package from the catatatas, something simple and it didn't work out, they did EVERYTHING wrong and we missed the pre-trip opportunity because of them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AGENCY.
