Bad attention.

Terrible customer service. When faced with a ticket change, they never provided me with the conditions of the change in writing. The telephone advisor gave me different information regarding the cost and general conditions.

I'm still waiting for an email with information that I personally requested approx. 20 days. We were served by a girl with very little enthusiasm and who seemed not to be very well informed. Next door, a couple inquiring about the same destination, were being assisted by another boy and they were advised better than us on everything they asked about.
