I bought a ticket and the second I get an email with a canceled reservation. They asked me for a photo of the ID, from the front to the back a photo of the card. They discounted the total amount of one thousand dollars and I don't have the ticket. some thieves

For 10 months I have been waiting for a refund that they never give me... they made me wait 6 months after confirming the cancellation (trip canceled by American Airlines) then two months for my credit note to be credited... Since April I have been waiting for they integrate the money. They have fed me with their abusive deadlines and on top of that they don't reinstate you. Shame on I don't buy them anymore! Despegar already returned all the hotels and an excursion that went through mediation, but nevertheless they complied. With you I have also been mediating for 3 months and nobody does anything. I include mediator and her lawyer. Last claim number is 1194327

A disaster, to collect/sell tickets they are the first to respond, answer and send you information. For the after-sales, they leave a lot to be desired. They never answer and when they answer they can't send you information, they don't have access anywhere, they can't see prices, they don't solve anything. A REAL DISASTER. Not to mention the people they have to answer WhatsApp messages... they should better select the people who are their representatives. Very little desire to work. Especially Solange, with whom I was able to have a conversation on two occasions and the bad predisposition is abnormal. I will continue without a solution, apparently, until your staff takes the trouble to work, well, redundancy is worth it, that's what I pay for the service for.

They tell me to call, and I call and the damage is getting worse and worse. MY FAMILY IS NUMEROUS, with 4 CHILDREN, a trip is very difficult and expensive. I would never send a small child ALONE, what I acquired and always planned was a family trip, especially in such difficult times of ISOLATION and fear due to the pandemic. The company intends to blame me for a procedure that you did not carry out. As professionals, a NEGLIGENCE that AGAIN PREVENTS ME FROM THE TRIP, with damage, pain and frustration for the expectations of my entire family, especially my children. I paid for that trip, I assumed the increase in the ticket for my now 12-year-old daughter, I paid for high season and now they don't let me travel in high season, I feel cheated. I want to travel between Wednesday 7/14 and 7/30 with my entire family and/or be given an URGENT alternative. In the middle of the PANDEMIC, to contribute to sales promotion as a way to ward off the economic effects, I bought A FLIGHT FOR MY ENTIRE FAMILY for summer 2021 (February 2 to 15). "Your Almundo code is 100-024-763" (they answered me) you can use it for any questions you have to ask us. Since then I ALWAYS used that code from the MY RESERVATIONS tab THAT CODE WAS THE ONLY ONE that appeared on the flight, from there and with that code I left the flight open for health reasons, in May, from there and with that code I managed the new date and it was They informed me of the reissue (which they charged me for) and they changed it (and charged me) the difference because my daughter turned 12 years old. Then TOURISM CIRCULATION PERMITS WERE RESTRICTED, activities were reduced to those declared essential, I ALWAYS called, making the query referring to the same reservation 100-024-763, between 1/6 and 2/6 I called at least 7 Sometimes, I was poorly treated, they told me that the trip could be made even though Decree 334/21 was already in force and prohibited traveling if you were not an essential worker and/or only within district 11/6, I had to suspend the trip. They said that the line and the operators were saturated doing thousands of rescheduling. Well, THEY MADE MINE WRONG, NEGLIGENTLY. On 9/6 I called the line again (all and only service) and was assisted by an operator named Walter, who also CONFIRMED me that the flight I would be traveling on with MY FAMILY was open and without a date. I COMPLIED WITH EVERYTHING I SHOULD DO, YOU. THEY HAVE MADE COMMUNICATION DIFFICULT FOR ME, THEY HAVE NOT SERVED ME SATISFACTORY, YOU HAVE BEEN UNPROFESSIONAL, they closed customer service windows and all the digital communication channels through which I acquired my tickets, they have hindered all procedures, they have taken many hours of my life forcing me to spend days calling fruitlessly on the phone. I REITERATE, they have seriously harmed me, and yet, for now, I just want to be able to travel with my family without them demanding more money differences or more time from my life, MUCH LESS WHEN THE NEGLIGENCE HAS BEEN YOURS. We have all suffered from the pandemic, BUT this product was sold, this service was offered - and they continue to offer similar ones - WITH FULL BUSINESS AWARENESS OF THE CONDITIONS TO WHICH COVID19 SUBJECTS US.

I just arrived from I didn't stay in the 4-star hotel, it was a disaster. I was never able to communicate with ALMUNDO. They are scammers and I will see a lawyer in the next few days. They owe me $272,000 BE CAREFUL WITH THESE PEOPLE
