Great customer service experience! We learned a lot about our carpet and how to properly care for it in the process. Our carpet was expertly taken care of, came back beautifully maintained and cleaned and the price (for the service provided) was very fair. Everyone we worked with was kind, helpful and friendly. We really appreciate this family-owned business and the service they provide. We look forward to bringing our carpets back for a good clean in the future.

We have Allen Rapid Dry come out twice a year. We have dogs and puppies so it's very important that the carpets are cleaned and neutralized well. They do a great job and communicate exceptionally well. Highly recommend.

I had Allen Rapid Dry out to my house to clean our carpets and stairs. We have a toddler and several animals. Needless to say, there were stains and general pet oils and such in the carpet. The service was excellent! Our pet problem areas, we have a Malamute whose oils saturated several favorite lounging areas around the home. The pet areas look amazing now! We also found a stain under a couch we hadn't realized we had and they were able the stair completely out. I couldn't be happier with the professionalism and job done.
