They take the time to evaluate your situation, understand your unique needs, and offer you solutions tailored to those needs. Amber, Laura, and Jake are top notch. Highly recommend, especially for testosterone replacement therapy (TRT).

I have been going to the particular location for over 4 months. The staff is impeccable. At my initial visit, they were very patient and informative with my treatment plan. I felt that Jake and Laura continues to show that they care about my well being as well as how I can improve my overall health. I would recommend this facility to my family and friends. Stellar team. Poor communication and customer service. They were the first place I reached out to, got my labs scheduled and blood work done. After finding out I was a candidate and requesting they email me their plan and pricing, they instead call me two separate times to give me the hard sell on their plan including names of hormones, risk factors, instructions on how to give myself shots (which I've never done before) and partial cost information. After attempting to tally the full monthly cost in my head, I realize I need to look at this information (and educate myself on these hormones) and again, I request a simple email with the info. I do this twice, once to a guy, and once to a woman and both act dumbfounded that somebody might ask for such a thing. Long story short I finally got them to release my labs to me, so I'm hoping to find another lab that will accept them so that I can move forward with a provider who's can accommodate the simplest of requests from a client.

Now with my TRT , my testosterone levels are higher so now I'm packing on more muscle and having more intense workouts. I have more energy, sleeping better and my confidence is through the roof.
