Aeromexico company is a scam for foreigners, please avoid, they charge 1550MXN at airport for a check bag when their website couldn't process the purchase of a check bag pre-flight. Customer service extremely rude and unprofessional
Aeromexico hasn't accepted my card online and over the phone, despite the card works in other websites and transaction wasn't declined by bank (I've checked).
I was asked to go to the store to pay. Ok, going there. However in store they charged me extra 700 pesos for the "privilege" of paying in store. Very unprofessional.
My partner and I were standing at the door for about 40 minutes in front of three executives who on several occasions turned to look at us and at no time did anyone offer to serve us, no one told us if they were on duty or doing any other activity at the moment.
We were waiting for a response from them standing at the door and at no time did they deign to speak to us, a fourth person who seemed to be in charge of the place only told us "excuse me" she passed the place and went to her office and at no time did she offer us service.
I consider that Aeromexico's attention has always had its flaws, usually the attention by phone is always complicated, but I never imagined that in person would be much worse.
