They shamelessly overbooked their flights, leaving you with no choice but to take another flight, which was also overbooked. They showed no consideration for their clients, offering no compensation for the lost time and disrupted vacation plans. I advise against flying with this airline.

The worst experience with an airline ever. Unqualified, rude staff. They gave me hidden fees, would be rude when answering my questions and even after the horrible service they lost mine and my wifes luggage for a day and wouldnt take any responsibility or show any concern to our delays and worries. Payed double of what was promoted and had to talk to over 5 different representatives and hunt down our luggage for a day while being treated with rudeness. DO NOT FLY with Aeromexico. Save yourself a lot of TROUBLE.

Good service from the lady who served us (Bethsabe), the cheers when we went, she was very friendly, she even helped us check in, and I also liked the service on the plane!

Very good service from the staff, although the prices are the highest in the market, but hey, we have to contribute to the Mexican economy and help it develop
