Really disappointed this being a medical facility to be such an unprofessional place. I have never went to a facility where the staff is so rude at the front desk. Another issue I had is they advise you walk ins are available for blood work then when you take time off from work no one is there during the hours they provided. As health professionals we should make sure everyone gets the best care they need to live healthier lives. I know this because I work in the healthfield. I would not recommend this facility to anyone, do your research and find somewhere else if you’d like a professional experience. Totally disappointed in the way me and my family was treated being first time patients.

Do not come to Adelante Healthcare in Peoria, AZ, if you want to be seen by a professional and knowledgable medical provider. Find a better place for your healthcare needs; any place would be better! Incorrect everything! Don't waste your time. Management is unavailable; even the employees give Adelante poor reviews. Would give 0 stars if I could. Sara Huerta MA, is unprofessional, rude, lacks basic knowledge of the office, disrespectful, unhelpful, and disengaged; went out of her way to be as unhelpful as possible. Tiana Roth, DNP, FNP-C, doesn't appear to possess even basic medical knowledge; to be seen by her is a waste of your time and money!!!

Do not come here if you’re attempting to better your mental health. Nobody seems to really care about you or your needs and will actually make your mental health worse. The office continuously, cancels and reschedules me and during the rescheduled appointments my healthcare provider is not even there and I was told by front staff I would have to be scheduled out the week after or more, AFTER I had already been checked in and sitting in the lobby for 30 mins! Absolutely no excuse for this type of continuity. I’ve also been rescheduled with three different types of psychiatrist, because the first one quit the company, I can see why now, the second one put me on medication for schizophrenics even though I have never once been diagnosed with schizophrenia, or even bipolar and when I expressed I didn’t need to be on those meds because all I have is generalized anxiety disorder, she said she’d hand me off to someone else because I have to cooperate with the meds she prescribed and it’s the only thing that will work for me. And the anti-depressant I was put on prior, gave me really horrific thoughts of suicide. So I really think that the only people who work here are people who just want paychecks off the backs of the mentally ill and not at all serious about helping you out. The constant guessing of (wrong) medication’s and constant canceling and rescheduling and apologizing when providers aren’t even there, makes me feel discouraged. Been going here for 4+ months and not one full month has gone by where I haven’t felt forgotten about.

I am so done with this place, I have been going here for less than 3 months. And today was my 3rd visit... when I first got there they wanted to update my photograph I don't think I look any different than a few months ago. Then I'm told that they got my insurance information in the system wrong. I was left waiting in a room for 45 minutes waiting for the doctor. Doctor (Dr.Rumman) finally comes in with two other people and starts interrogating me and basically calls me a liar. I tell her we need to take a timeout and she asked me why I'm depressed. (I was just coming in from medicine refills.) Now I might have gotten a little emotional because of the way I was being treated but that doesn't give her the right to send a therapist in to talk to me the therapist tells me that she comes in and talks to everyone. Don't lie to someone you're trying to help. So I am done with this place.

This is a very poorly managed healthcare facility. First, they entered my mobile number incorrectly in their system. Then, when I showed up for a scheduled appointment, they said they had tried to call me to tell me the doctor was unavailable, but couldn't get through to me. I asked them why they didn't reach out by email, and the manager on duty said they don't usually do that. Well, in this case, it is on them to do that, since they had entered my mobile number incorrectly. Nobody cared. The staff on duty are very disengaged and I just got the silent treatment when I asked for clarification. No apologies, just the same statement that they had tried to call. Find a better place for your healthcare needs.
