She is incredibly down to earth, flexible when necessary, and is hands down the easiest person to talk to. On top of her personality she knows her stuff when it comes to waxing and skin care. Jenna was absolutely amazing!! I did a brazillian wax which can ne some times super personal and a little awkward. Jenna made me feel so comfortable and she was beyond professional. I had THE BEST experience with Jenna! She was recommended to me by a friend and she did not disappoint! Not only was her space radiating the best vibes, she was extremely kind and welcoming. My maps brought me to the wrong location and Jenna literally came outside to find me! She was not upset and made me feel better about my mistake. Even with me being late, Jenna was able to provide the services I booked without making me feel rushed. Literally not ONE hair left behind and it was the best waxing experience I have ever experienced and I have gone to MANY places. I would be a regular customer if I wasn’t so far from Fargo, but I will 100% book with her every time I am back for an visit!!
