I had doubts about the Navarra Clinic's preference when it came to offering availability of spaces if you came from one insurer or another. I believed that the Clinic would have a little deference towards Acunsa policyholders or at least that we would have the same waiting list. Poor deluded. Today it occurred to me to check it through their app (I invite all Acunsa policyholders to take the test) and all the appointments have been later or they have not even given me an appointment if I compared it with a policyholder who pays for the consultation, a real nonsense. The only reason why I took out insurance from this company is because of the coverage it offers through the University Clinic of Navarra, this justifies paying a significantly higher premium than that offered by other insurers. The reality after four years insured with a global policy is that the service gets worse every year. The University Clinic of Navarra does not give any priority to acunsa policyholders. Waiting times are months for any specialty. If we talk about digestive or internal medicine, the unit of measurement becomes quarters. The service leaves a lot to be desired. I have had a great disappointment with this company. We went to Madrid to have a body CT scan for which we had to pay, apart from travel and accommodation, more than 600 euros about two years ago. When the results of the study arrive, they send a meaningless report, indicating normality in some organs that my wife has not had for 20 years 🤦🏻‍♂️. We got in touch to complain about such a mistake and all we received was a “Sorry for the inconvenience”, but they kept the money. Now, she is trying to expand her insurance coverage and they tell her that they will not admit her because of her thyroid history (she is now asymptomatic) from fifteen years ago. Ridiculous. Anyway, waiting for this year to end (they don't let you cancel before) to leave. They are only good at “selling you the motorcycle”, then they wash their hands. Very little seriousness and less humanity. Just to be safe.

I was going to ask about this insurance but if the pathologies you suffer from are excluded, why do you want medical insurance, what's the point? There isn't a single positive opinion about anything, social security does more than you, so you pay.
