I had never joined a gym, it was something new for me, but with Flora, the manager, the experience has been enriching, she guided me through everything, provided me with exercise sheets and answered all my questions. The gym has all the machines and accessories you need, in addition to the freedom of schedules you can access 24 hours a day. I recommend it to everybody.

My experience is great, a gym with very complete and varied classes, in which, in addition to training, you find yourself in a pleasant and close environment that makes you feel comfortable and disconnect from daily stress! All the monitors are great and help you with everything you need. I recommend it 100%

A great gym, with great customer service, comfortable quality-price ratio and of course the hours it has for those of us who cannot do it in the morning or afternoon are appreciated.

Without a doubt one of the best experiences I have had in a gym, if not the best. The material is very careful, Flora is charming and the reservation system works quite well. And best of all, their 24-hour system has allowed me to train first thing in the morning before going to work, having the entire gym almost to myself. The best gym in Cáceres!
