What a shame for a medical center! They charge you for the appointment without having had it. What scammers! They justify that I haven't picked up the phone and that it's my fault. And now they say that they cannot cancel the charge and that I contact my company to solve a problem and their illegality. And the receptionist at the medical center level. Rude is too small!
