This a great place to workout the drop in fee is only $5. This gym does not get as full as other gyms after work hours. They have pretty much all the equipment you need for a decent workout.

I love this place. No one treats me like an anomaly when I go work out there or do classes there in my wheelchair. State of the art facility with plenty of shaded, accessible parking. If you have any type of disability, head there to have some fun, meet other people and just feel like there’s space for you to exist. I wish the pool stayed open year round!

Absolutely LOVE this gym. I'm a veteran and the annual fee for veterans is only $25. This includes access stop the pools, all the classes and obviously their facilities. So far I've used the therapy pool, lap pool and attended a yoga class. Everyone is super friendly and I love how accommodating they are. I'm still new so haven't had a chance to use all their facilities but am looking forward to climbing their wall and taking more of their classes.

It's been years since I've been here. Now have 3 heated pools, only the close them Thanksgiving until March. Looking forward to getting active again. Veterans discount It's bigger then it looks from outside

I belong here to enhance cardio, balance, and strength with a personal trainer. Check it out, clean with top grade equipment, and trainers who are not just muscle people. Lap pool (a real one with lane markers), and therapy pool with chair and wheel chair lift for those who need it. This is not your day spa, but a health spa.
