Of the 3 multi-cashier ATMs, I couldn't make a deposit in any of them, none of the 3 were good for making deposits. It is incredible that being one of the largest banks in Mexico and they are incapable of having their ATMs working.
It is very crowded but there are no defined accesses since the ATM is in the open air. According to other comments you have to be careful when you go to the place.
This and all BBVA banks are the worst, from customer service at the bank to over the phone; Apart from lack of education, they do not know how to do their job correctly, today was my 4th time asking for assistance for a card that was blocked when I had already gone the first time for help and the first time was the worst, I was waiting almost 4 hours without eating and without water in the super cold air conditioning. I don't understand why unlocking a card seems impossible to them, if they don't know how to do their job why are they still there? And the attitudes of the employees are the worst, the first time I did my part in providing the required information and they couldn't even do their job correctly, the second time they practically kicked me out of the bank telling me that I had to call customer service and the The information I gave was never corrected and that's why they couldn't help me after 2 hours. Today I come again and they still can't help me. You are the worst and it is my responsibility to never refer you and if you ask me I will say my experience was the worst to date.
