Great gym! Welcoming staff, Diego is very welcoming and friendly. The gym is clean and well organized. I was looking for boxing classes around the area and this is the place that popped up and didn’t disappoint. I would recommend one on one training with Ashton. Jodi has taught me a lot about personal development in meal planning and building muscle. Anyone who is looking in a clean, organized gym, boxing and kickboxing classes, etc. This is the gym to go to! Ashton is the best!

The staff and people at this gym are absolutely wonderful! I first joined in July when I saw this boxing gym on my activ and fit direct membership. I’ve since signed up for personal training (which is super reasonably priced by the way) and I’ve started taking most of their evening classes. They’ve got great trainers and the environment is super inclusive. 100% recommend joining. Especially for those who feel uncomfortable in a gym. There’s plenty of support!

I live in the city of Decatur and drive to the gym 3-4 times a week. The staff and trainers (Wayne Freeman especially) are the most welcoming and helpful people. The equipment and bathrooms are very clean. Lotsa of space, flexible hours and fair pricing on memberships. I’ve been training with Wayne for two years and have lost 45 lbs. At 52, I am stronger and have more energy than I did in my 30’s. It’s the best hour of my day. Can’t recommend them enough!

I love working out here! As someone who is very out of shape and new to going to the gym, I have never once felt judged or embarrassed for my skill level. The staff is super friendly (huge shoutout to Kenneth and Diego)! There’s a good variety of equipment! And it’s never crowded, so it feels very personal and comfortable! Great gym!

Just signed up at this gym 2 weeks ago. After a couple of years out due to a injury and surgery I decided to sign up at a different gym that I did not like at all. After being referred to ATL Fitness I can honestly say I'm more than pleased! Super clean gym, friendly knowledgeable staff and all the equipment someone needs to body build. It's not over ran with cocky meat heads either everyone is super friendly! Over crowding and not enough equipment is a common problem with most gyms but not here. People come in get their workout and move on as to not hold machines up forever. If you want a top notch gym this is the place to be.
