Hands down the absolute best! Super nice and professional, they teach the kids so much respect and discipline along with life skills and attitudes. They are patient and always willing to help. Such amazing instructors! We love Ms. Ordat, Ms. Hannah, and Mr. Atkins, Ms. Holly, and Master White! they have really been great instructors, can’t wait to get to see the continual growth in my child!

This is such a great martial arts school! I enrolled my grandson a couple of months ago after visiting for a trumk or treat at Halloween and he loves it! The instructors are really patient with the kids while instilling the need for respect and discipline. And he loves the parents night out events! I can't recommend them highly enough; if you are considering enrolling in a school or enrolling your child, you won't go wrong here.

Highly Recommend ATA! My son is not interested in sports but we wanted him to participate in some kind of extra curricular activity. We signed up for trial classes and he has grown so much in discipline and confidence. Mrs Oradat, Hannah, Holly, and other trainers have been amazing working with him, guiding him and always encouraging him each week as he progresses and works toward his next belt. We’ve been so pleased with this gym and are approaching our 3rd year! Give them a try! You won’t be disappointed! With their free trial program you have nothing to lose.

My daughter has been attending classes for over a month now and absolutely loves it! The instructors are great at teaching their students correct form while having fun.

The growth our daughter has shown since starting here has been truly something to watch in such a short time. I anticipated the physical improvements in things such as strength and coordination but I never expected the growth in confidence, attitude, and patience. The staff, facilities, and location are all top notch. We are blessed to have discovered this new activity for our daughter and we are just tickled that she’s always asking when her next class is. Well done ATA Hoover and thank you for all you do. Oh, and they do birthday parties and Spring Break/Summer camps that are just such a great value when compared to the other stuff out there. The fact that the owners have young kids themselves really shows in the activities they offer and the way in which they facilitate everything.
