ASTRO GONG YOGA

First time trying both Yin yoga and sound healing. I've been to a lot of different yoga studios in LA and this one is certainly one of my favorites. Gongs are something absolutely magical and I will surely be back! The space is clean and cozy, and everybody from the instructors to the reception and other visitors are friendly and make you feel welcomed and at ease.

First time at this studio. Great class. The facility is really nice. I had Gabriel and he led us through a very calming flow. I’ll definitely be coming back. Also free parking structure! super convenient!

I love this studio and community surrounding it. The staff is always so friendly and go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Every single teacher has a beautiful authentic way of guiding class and bringing their own style.

I've been coming to Astro since they first opened in summer of 2020, at that time their outdoor rooftop classes were truly a saving grace for me, both physically and mentally. Cannot be understated. Even when we're back to having all the yoga options available to us in LA, I keep coming here because it's just an all around great studio- amazing instructors (I dare you to have a bad day after taking a class w/ Shaun), clean space, and the founders Emily & Lou are so lovely- it's hard not to become loyal to this place! Do your mind and body a great service and start coming here.

Astro Gong Yoga fully exceeded my expectations! The space is beautiful and I loved my class with Gabriel. He cleansed the energies with sage and led a beautiful flow class which I thoroughly enjoyed. Can't recommend enough and I'll definitely be back.
