GO ELSEWHERE WHERE THEY VALUE YOU AND NOT THE MONEY!!! Paid $200 to get card renewed. Thought i was done only to find out I didnt send this off to my state to get the actual card. They do this 1000 times a day and know the ins and outs. As someone who has done it once, I was not given peoper advise on what the next steps are. Since it has been past 90 days they're saying I have to pay another $200 to reapply. What kind of service is that? When I asked to speak to a manager 3 times they ignored me and said sorry, company policy. Its almost like they were laughinh on the other line. Plenty of places out there. I have a group of about 50 people that i turned on to them that i network with. They will no longer use them anymore either. GOOD LUCK!

Do your research this advertisement is false. You can do a tele visit but still have to go to one of thier locations. If you live hours away like I do then it's an inconvenience. I could of went to a clinic close by. Why waste your time with two appointments when you can do one. They don't do refunds either.
