This gym has changed my life. Started with a hard convo with myself about being ready for change. Continued with the guidance and expertise of Adam, Jamie, Andrea, and the trainers of ARC. It continues with building habits and pushing myself and I know w this team I’ll keep rolling and getting better 🤝

ARC Fitness has been nothing but a blessing. I am grateful to have gotten involed with ARC to pursue my weight loss journey. This is a great gym and community as everyone is wonderful and passionate about helping you reach your goals. I started with the 6 week challenge program and very pleased with the results thus far. ARC has motivated me in a way that I have not experienced in the past and has built additional confidence as well.

Super great place to workout! Every trainer knows your name literally the day after you sign up and they have a great balance of being friendly while still holding you accountable to show up and get it done (thank you jamie for calling me out for never doing my weigh ins). The money you spend is more than worth the workouts you get and the people you get to meet every time you go! Couldn't ask for a better gym :)

The gym is always a welcoming environment and the space is always kept cleaned. Not just that, but the staff is amazing and my trainer Jaeden helps me feel like I am doing my best during my semi-private sessions. Everyone is friendly, but especially Jamie and Andrea! They’re the ones who usually help with our progress reports and check ins, to make sure I stay on track. The owner, Adam, lives and breathes the same lifestyle that is encouraged and influenced. His energy is unmatched, he walks in with a smile every time!! Even my son is a big fan and working out with mom has helped his self confidence. Big bonus is seeing their dog Gatsby around! I would recommend this gym to everyone! I have seen self growth and improvements during my 6 month program and that's what I wanted when I signed up!

Hello I battle with Lupus so I struggle with my weight. At ARC their team is perfect and very attentive to my needs!! I have never felt lighter. They even provide meal prep with a well rounded system!! Adam Jaeden and Jamie are the best at what they do but the whole staff keeps you motivated thru out your visit!!! Don’t take my word for it check them out you won’t regret it!!!!
