AKKA Karate USA - Independence

My 9 year old son has been attending AKKA for about a month and loves it. Besides the formal training, he is learning very important life lessons: self-discipline, perseverance and confidence to name a few. In a matter of weeks, I have watched my son step outside of his comfort zone and grow in the process while having fun. As a parent this is amazing to watch unfold. Mr. Burt and his team of instructors are AMAZING! They are all very professional, great with kids and wonderful role models for their students. I highly recommend AKKA!

My 3.5 year old loves being a Kenpo Tiger! Seeing him grow over the past month has brought me so much joy too. My child has big energy and starting his karate journey is already growing his character! The teachers are encouraging AND hold the children accountable, which I love! So many programs lack the integrity that AKKA Karate USA has. The flexibility of the program is fantastic! If you're on the fence about starting your kiddo somewhere, then I challenge you to just start today. Besides, (if you see this in December) karate will go further than a soon to be forgotten toy. I definitely enjoy watching my child participate in AKKA. He enjoys it and I get joy watching him. Mr Harris is an amazing teacher and My son absolutely loves adores him. We have made this a 3x weekly thing.

My name is Rudy and I’m 51 years old and I just started my journey to becoming a black belt in June 2023. What a great experience I’m having. Not only is it a great way to get exercise but it’s amazing to learn the martial arts. I’ve always wanted to learn it and wish I started a long time ago. The AKKA instructors are amazing. They are firm but very patient with their students. The way they are with the students are one of the reasons I choose the AKKA ORGANIZATION.
