For me it was very easy from the beginning to buy the tickets, it is an excellent customer service from the counter, flight attendants and flight captain. I highly recommend it because they make you feel like an important customer at all times, both boarding and leaving the plane is very orderly. Already in flight in the morning they offer you a delicious coffee from Punta del Cielo that is a plus.

I didn't know such a cheap service exists on this planet. Like tickets but when I wanted to bill them I could never enter and not communicate. 0or what's colo a damn robot answers and calls answer the computer and after 15 seconds the call is cut off on all numbers

The man answering the phone shows very little customer service attitude. I asked him if he was giving me a round trip price and he told me: "no, it's simple, we're not fortune tellers here to know that you want a round trip flight." I couldn't believe that he answered me. He suggested that I make reservations online so that I could save $350 pesos that they charge for the "service" they provide at the agency. And that's what I'll do, because $350 pesos per person, with 8 people traveling, I'd better spend it on something else and save... dealing with him. "Ah, wow," I told him, and added: "Oh, it's very difficult to sell with your bad attitude, isn't it?" And he replied: "Note, no, because the bad attitude comes from the customers; I don't know why, maybe they are in a hurry, worried about their flight." -"It may be," I told him, "but if you realize, it is not my case"... ...he lowered 3 lines to his bad attitude. But I learned that the mistake was mine, for not telling him when I'm coming back, what I'm going to, who we're going to, etc. I thought he was going to ask some questions, as part of his attention, and that, to sell, he would offer me a round trip. But no, he even recommended that I buy online. As my dad would say: "that will sell." Debut and farewell.
