People work there are super friendly and helpful! They cleaned my car interior and exterior when I picked it up. We are very pleased with the outcome. Excellent company, very professional. They took care of everything for me. All I had to do was drop it off then pick it up. They handled everything with my insurance and sent daily updates on their progress. I will be using them again (I have teenagers...). I would also recommend them if you to have teenagers. A great company with great people.

Elise is an absolute rock star. Coming from the car business how she spoke with me on the phone since day one of reaching out was incredible. Best customer service I've ever had and I wasn't even a customer. She helped confirm for me, what I already knew, which is that Safelite should never do a windshield repair. She also helped make sure I had the proper paperwork to hold the company who botched the repair accountable for the extra damage they caused. My car was involved in a hit & run while I was at work. There was slight damage to the rear of my car. I'm somewhat new to the area, so I asked for some recommendations from my coworkers and one suggested ABRA. I decided to take my car to them and Elise was extremely helpful and explained what the damage looked like and gave me a reasonable estimate. The situation between both insurances got very complicated and stressful, but Elise at ABRA was phenomenal. My car was fixed in about a week and turned out to be more damage than what was initially estimated. Elise was so helpful and made the experience so personable. I expressed that it was my first time handling something like this on my 'own' and she was very understanding. The whole process with ABRA was efficient, and they handled everything with my insurance. I would HIGHLY recommend ABRA! My car looked better than when I brought it in!
