808Hawaiian Style Poke

This is a to-go only spot, so don't expect to dine in! Limited menu items which keeps the strengths on the fresh food prepared quickly. My favorite item is the volcano bowl, though the large chunks of yellow/white onion I've gotten in my bowl the last couple of times I ordered it can overpower the fish (and have other humans and some housepets avoiding you for the rest of the day from the breath 🥲) so I recommend going light on the onion or requesting a little green onion instead. When available, they also have an excellent generous portion of seaweed salad for a great price. Pairs especially well with spicier bowls. The medium bowl size is quite large and will likely be plenty for many diners. Large has proven to be too much for me, and I'm a, erm, happy eater 🤣 Generous protein helpings in each bowl I've tried. I've enjoyed everything I've had here, although since it's a small place, a few times some items have been out of stock, so if you're having a big craving and it's a bit of a drive for you, call ahead and make sure they have what you want.

The staff is friendly the food is great. I haven't had a house designed bowl, i always make my own. The Shoyu Ahi is my favorite. The new sashimi plates are great. The shrimp poke is the best. It works well by itself as well as in a bowl. They owners and employees really take pride in this place and it really shows. I come here probably once if not twice a week. Even bought honey from Hawaii here. Love it!

Very good Poke. A bit of a unique twist on the Poke I've eaten at other places. The rice was flavored exceptionally, the vegetables fresh and crisp, and the fish was delicious. A bit more fish in the dishes would be nice, and maybe a bit larger pieces of fish, as they were diced rather small. . There is very limited seating, so take-out may be recommended, but don't let this deter you. I'll definitely come back and recommend trying this place!

Very yummy place, owner is friendly and helpful. Everything taste fresh!! Theres a good variety of seafood options and toppings to go with. Boba tea is made quickly!!

The poke is simply heaven in your mouth, as well as the cheesecake. Try it once and you'll be hooked. The owners did a phenomenal job painting and decorating to make you feel like you just landed on the island of Hawaii. LOVE 808 Poke & Cheesecake! 💜
