3&D Sports Performance

The perfect environment which encourages personal improvement. The trainers are welcoming as well as the other trainees. The best part is the constant personal interaction with the trainers. I have sustained more injuries than I can count and need an alteration for most of the exercises and the trainers provide plenty of adjustments without making me feel any less accomplished. I love this place!!!

Lovell and Raychel have designed and created a training and recovery sports performance business that is TOP Notch ! My son's plays basketball at Saint Mark's HS and his recovery from an ankle injury was remarkable thanks to Lovell and his trainers. He continues to go weekly to increase his athletic performance. You have to go and meet Lovell and Raychel.

I have been going to 3&D for 3 months now. I am in the infinite athletes class. I didn’t play sports too much as a kid but started playing rugby for two years and tore my ACL/ meniscus. I used this class to get back in shape after my doctor released me to do all movements. I have seen a drastic change in my mobility and strength. The class is filled with awesome encouraging people. The coaches are great. They guide you in form and give you modified versions to utilize until you’re comfortable, but always encourage you to do a little more next time. The workout space is clean and nice. Their equipment is top notch. You won’t regret joining their classes!
