2C Yoga Caldwell

2C yoga is absolutely amazing. The instructors are phenomenal. The owners Nicole and Teresa are amazing humans that welcome you and make you feel safe and at home. This studio is absolutely gorgeous. From the windows to the light fixtures the ambiance created is perfect. This is the perfect place to try yoga for the first time or to continue your daily practice. They are inclusive to all levels and abilities.

Beautiful and clean facility. All the instructors were wonderful. I loved going to yoga. It brought so much peace and relaxation. It was a great stretching and strengthening classes.

Teresa and Nicole are THE best yogis in town! They truly care about their clients and work to make them feel comfortable and loved. Yoga at 2C is for EVERYONE! They give alternate cues and poses so that anyone that attends might benefit from yoga. Shoutout to Cheryl for educating us on the history of certain poses, and for constantly improving and adapting to her students. 2C is community!

Each of the 5 instructors I’ve attended classes with have been kind, welcoming, and provided a great class. Yin, flow, and community—you can get them all here!
