I’d leave negative stars if u could, old ratty equipment. Went one time asked to get out of contract bc I moved and don’t live in the area, they said no. They are so desperate for members they trap you in a contract. Would NEVER recommend this gym.

Retinal Scans? To access a gym that already has my fingerprints?? This is a gym not a Nuclear Reactor. That aside, I would have been much more impressed if, when I initially asked to have my membership terminated due to having to give someone not one but two separate biometric scans, they simply agreed! What's with all the red tape in terminating a membership!? I shouldn't have to call, beg, and plead while an increasingly more agitated individual tells me I have to physically come into an establishment to reiterate what I'm calling about. Luckily, later they DID stop charging me, and I hope they understand why. 4/5 Televisions played NEWSMAX while I'm trying to have a positive workout experience- I go to the gym to improve myself, not be reminded of the nonsense media. What started as a decent Gym Membership ended with new and inappropriate biometric scans, old and broken equipment, and uncooperative management (which I'm willing to forgive, due to the likelihood of it being the owner's policy.) The only thing that keeps this from being a 1-Star review is that the staff members are friendly and deserve to be paid more, and that they stopped charging my card after I stopped coming in.

The gym has been freezing inside for the past couple of weeks in the morning! Can someone please adjust the thermostat accordingly for all members that come in the early morning? It would be greatly appreciated!

Great people and loving the always hot sauna. No wait time for it to heat up!!!

My new favorite thing to do. I feel so much better. My trainer has been great. He is very patient with me and always encouraging. The staff is very friendly and helpful and so are the members. Because they are open 24/7 I can get a workout in any time. I’m sure this s the best thing I’ve done for myself in years. Thank you 24/7 Your changing my life.
