I like this gym. It's cool, clean, and the staff is very friendly. Gym members are polite, thoughtful, and courteous unlike the rude, inconsiderate, and loud Filipinos at the pearl city gym. So far, I haven't heard of any theft in this gym unlike the pearl city gym whereby theft is an occurring problem. It would be nice if management would allow the use of the finger scanner to check into the gym.
Meh. Vault is kool must have been a old bank before 24. I dint know if you can really call this a 24 it closes :| The locker room looks like a fight club. The only saving grace is that they have sauna steam.
I recently joined 24 Hour Fitness on Bishop as it was a convenient walk/run from my apartment. So far, I have really enjoyed this gym. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is interesting as it used to be a bank. I have not had an issue with needing to wait for any machines, and the crowd is diverse and anyone can feel welcome here. My only complaint is that some of the equipment needs a thorough cleaning, some built up grime in certain areas of the gym make it feel a little dingy. The women's locker room is nice, and overall I highly recommend this gym, especially at the affordable price point.
They need to extend their hours. Not just this location, but all of the 24 hour fitness’s here on Oahu. The cost for a membership here is more expensive than it is in the mainland. Which is like most things when living in Hawaii. What’s ridiculous though is that we are paying more yet we get less benefits. I know for a fact 24hr gyms in AZ, and other states are open 24 hours. They also offer more gym locations. While we only have them here on Oahu. The one on Maui shut down. Schools are open, bars, clubs, everything is opened back up.. yet 24 hour fitness isn’t returning to their normal hours of operation. While cutting down their cost on employment since no overnight workers needed etc but still charging the same membership fees!! I’ve talked to many other members and I know they feel the same. So in short let’s just say I finally had the time today to leave a review.

I was there today 12/05 at 9 am and the reception service was the worst possible. I'm going to look for another gym.
