101 Mobility of Omaha

My experience with 101 Mobility was phenomenal! It was Thursday afternoon and my wife was coming home tomorrow to recover from open heart surgery. Reality hit me like a ton of bricks. We have an old house with very steep stairs and she needed to be upstairs with no way to get there. In “panic mode” I started calling around searching for a solution. When I called 101 Mobility I was impressed that a live and very helpful person answered the phone. It happened to be one of the owners, Donna. She set up a meeting with her husband Tom in a few hours. Tom explained my options, I gave him the OK and they had it installed Friday when my wife got home from the hospital! I couldn’t have been more impressed to get that kind of response!! They have my vote for business of the year!

The stairlift is top quality and works very well. It's a life saver. We would not be able to be in our home without it. The sales process was straightforward and everyone there has a good understanding of the products and how they work. Installation was excellent and went off without a hitch. After sales support was also excellent. I highly recommend!

I went to 101 Mobility with my brother, who is a disabled veteran. The staff is very professional and did all they could to help him find the right chair. From comfort to the perfect fit. I highly recommend 101Mobility.

101 Mobility was a great company to work with. I would highly recommend them to one and all. Everyone we dealt with was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. To a person very personable and left our home neat and clean.

Have a family member who was home with a fractured hip. Called and had a return call next day, they came out and measured and had a quote that night. Within days we had a ramp which has allowed the family member to continue their lifestyle. Thank you!!!
