The treatment when you purchase the service is the best, but when it is their turn to fulfill what they promise, they become super heavy. I contracted the service for two areas of my body and none of those areas was totally shaved, after the sessions they promised and then they told me that they guaranteed the total waxing of those areas, that is already 3 years old and I asked that they make the extra sessions valid for the areas that were still missing and they gave me long, then they would schedule my appointments by phone or that they would call me when they had space, that's two years and I was going constantly until I got tired and they never finished the work they "guaranteed".
