They took the commercial basement that I own for years, dealing with VAT payments. I had not had the need to rely on their lawyers until the last tenant left me the basement with damages and I sued him. Not only were they incapable of providing me with legal assistance, but I also had to walk behind them and ask them the same thing several times so that they would deign to answer me (and sometimes they didn't even answer me).
It is one thing that you have a lot of work, but another thing is that your CUSTOMER, who is the one who pays you, has to walk behind you so that you can answer a simple question and that you do not even tell him "I'm on it", "I'll answer you when I can," or "sorry for the wait." Now I am in a consultancy firm that has already drafted and filed the lawsuit on my behalf and I am awaiting trial.
It's bad to pay people who are clearly incapable of doing their job correctly, but if you let them laugh at you... Then turn it off and let's go (which is actually what I did).
Fill out 4 papers and make 4 photocopies for an older lady €120. She asks for an invoice and she says it's €40 more. To qualify it I would have to insult her.
