Just an amazing dining experience, everything is intentionally done so you have an absolute extraordinary culinary adventure. The food is full of flavor and texture, it’s a really exciting dinner course. Come hungry and pace yourself. Glad I made the time to experience Chef Cruz’s food.

The flow and performance of 16 course tasting menu was fun and enjoyable. Service was attentive and welcoming! The food has quite a bit of Asian twist, however, some dishes were a bit too salty. Desert courses were joyfully presented but the tastes can be improved. Overall, we fully enjoyed the night @ Abac!

Interesting experience with unexpected textures, tastes and atmosphere that are created. In a lot of dishes it was black caviar, so those who love it, will enjoy for sure. I liked the first dishes that were in the kitchen, we even took a photo with the team there, and I can say that everyone were top friendly. So if you want to try something interesting, unexpected and of a high level you must visit this restaurant.

Food was salty, service was sloppy and ambiance was stuffy. However, the course's overall concept was quite fun--particularly the desserts; they were nostalgia re-envisioned. Processed candies eaten as a kid, recreated with fine dining ingredients and techniques. One of the desserts tasted like I was drinking a strawberry hard candy Jolly Rancher for us Americans). Otherwise, the rest of the meal followed played out fine dining usuals like caviar forward appetizers and deconstruction of familiar dishes. Except all of these were worsened by the saltiness of the dishes. My mouth actually puckered from the saltiness. When asked about my experience with the appetizers, I asked if they could pull back on the salt for the rest of the meal, if possible. Which leads me to the service. The food remained salty, and no one asked if the food tasted specifically less salty, for the rest of the meal. Understandably, much of the prepared components of each course may not be able to be adjusted to fit a single customer's request. But I would've appreciated a simple follow up. There were two more noticeable issues with the service. First, look at the pictures. I found a hair in the white sauce of the course shown in the pictures. The waiter took my dish back to prepare a new one. However, I am quite dubious whether a new dish was prepared, and whether the same standard of quality was met. The white sauce's consistency on my dish is quite grainy, like cottage cheese, while the white sauce on my partner's dish is smoothly gelatinous, as mine also was when it was first presented. The second service issue is related to setting the table. Several times when the staff placed new silverware, my partner and I noticed, not only for our table, but for others as well, that the staff almost "tossed" down each utensil. I know I'm being very nit-picky here, but this is a three Michelin star restaurant. It was not pleasant, especially when there was no rapport established between us and our primary wait staff--not to their fault because do have language barriers. Regardless, the impression was carelessness. Lastly, ambiance. This is highly subjective so take it with a grain of salt. The setting was quite intimate, but it was stuffy. I could hear everything from everyone. I felt that I had to lean in and whisper to speak with my partner without disturbing others. Also, jackets are not required for men. If a certain ambiance is trying to be created, follow through.

This is unfortunately not the level of food and service I am used to in fine dining restaurants. 320€ per person for food, water, coffee plus additional wine 70€. Weird greeting, our table was not ready, although the room was empty, we were walking around the elevator following the instructions “please wait here or there or here or terrace “ so we just stood in the corner and waited. We are asked 3 times by different people for food allergies, also after sending an email. But ok maybe they just wanted to be 10000% sure . Then, we were called to visit the kitchen, which I thought was a nice idea to see were the magic happens, but I did not expect to get my appetisers in the kitchen - they were probably the best part of the course, but eaten standing in the middle of the kitchen did not scream 3 stars Michelin. We were then invited to the dining room - no real atmosphere or design, very simple and very very quiet. I expected some kind of music or even live music. When sat at the table I could not hear my husband, but was almost touching the men sitting behind me at his table. Sommelier did an amazing job with the wine selection. The food… well.. who minces wagyu? To make a meatball? Almost all dishes had a smoky taste, which I’m not a fan of and at some point it got repetitive. Too sweet onion soup, and then a dish - something that reminds me of a burned leftover cheese left on a grill. Deserts were very nice. I also enjoyed the mini shows that the service was performing while serving and everyone was kind and friendly. Overall, the kitchen needs a reality check, calling the food pedo celestial (heavenly fart) may be funny, but does not justify spending 800 euro. We feel ripped off
